We are very pleased that Gordon Brockway and his company, Organisational Capability Solutions assisted us with our work on the WorkSafe system of Criteria Progression. Criteria Progression is the WorkSafe employee promotion system for our Inspectors and Specified Calling Personnel.

From the first meeting, Gordon had a very clear grasp of what would add further value to our organisation through clearer alignment with the strategy of our Agency, while ensuring consistency and fairness for our people.

Gordon’s consultation with our working group was highly effective, providing technical Human Resource input and testing paradigms, while providing skilled facilitation. At the same time, Gordon ensured the content of the system was owned by the people of the Agency.

Gordon added further value by developing the communication material used to deploy the updates to the managers and staff. He then delivered that communication in conjunction with the Agency Senior Managers.

Gordon’s high caliber expertise and consultation was of great value in assisting us to enhance our system of Criteria to even better encourage and reward behaviours from staff that are supportive of the Agency Strategy.
